This past weekend Flame International hosted eight of the next generation of missionaries for training for an upcoming mission. The ‘Generation Y’ mission is a new project for Flame. Flame is running a mission for young people- reaching out to young people in Nzara, Sudan in August. Nzara is a town in the south western region of Sudan that has been hit hard by war in recent years. The Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) has launched raids and attacks on the people of Nzara from across the border in the Congo. There is a need for hope in the region and it is our prayer that we can bring the light of Christ and his healing power to the area. In addition to the ministry of Flame International, young people will engage the local youth in sports and crafts. Everyone is excited about this new mission!
