Armenia 2025

"So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."
Ephesians 4:11-13
Ephesians 4:11-13
We had a great 13 days in Armenia conducting Forge Armenia with a really great team. This team were in unity throughout the mission, and it was reflected in the resulting ministry. We also believe that in Forge Armenia 24 we ploughed up the ground by winning over the Pastors and at least a third of them attended again; another sent 2 sons and a daughter in-law. Others had come on the recommendation of other Pastors. This meant the ground was fertile and they were ready to receive the teaching. The Lord prepared the way for us.
We started with three days of intercession and again this must have contributed to Forge Armenia that we were about to start on Monday 28th April. We spent some time on praying and preparing a Declaration which we made into the heavenly realms. We did prophetic intercession which came from prophetic words. We prayed for Forge 1 (S) and Forge Armenia. This time was led by Di and as usual it was prophetic and profound, helping the team bond together. At the end we watched a massive, electric thunderstorm which indicated that something had shifted in the heavenly realms. This contributed to team unity.
Over 2 Sundays we visited 6 churches, three of which we had been to before. We were welcomed and it gave the team opportunities to preach, teach and do prayer ministry. I think these visits also gave a broader insight into the different churches in Armenia from full-on charismatic to very conservative evangelical. The teams coped so well especially Di's team where the women had to wear head coverings! We witnessed several people being healed. Ian had shared some of his testimony of abandonment and someone came forward for prayer whose husband had left her. She was delivered from a spirit of abandonment and rejection having had the ungodly links cut. Another lady was set free from a spirit of shock and trauma after an accident. On Sunday 4 May in one church the team of 5 prayed for over two hours with approximately 100 people. One lady had a frozen shoulder and was swinging it around after prayer! Other refugees from Artsakh had some profound ministry after admitting their hatred! The work we do is profound and often it was not known what had happened, but the people were just changed. One young girl aged 13 wanted to confirm her calling to be a missionary in Israel. This is so touching because the nation is against Israel as they sold drones to another nation which then killed 5000 young Armenian men in the 2020 war, but her heart was so pure!

The Forge went so well, and all the teachers did well. The dramas were great, and we even added a couple of dramas from one of the Team on his first mission. We did considerably more ministry this year from the front, as they were open and as a result, I am confident people were significantly set free. The groups were good but there were struggles to keep them from speaking for long lengths of time, often about nothing, or giving their whole life stories which did not help our facilitators. However, we got better at stopping this and there were some significant breakthroughs. One young man said his wife's love for Jesus and for him was huge, but he said his own was very small for both Jesus and his wife. We did some significant ministry both from his time in the womb and early childhood. He was very different when he left, and we believe there was breakthrough in his life.

Finally, I want to thank and congratulate the team for their unity, and commitment to the mission. It was hard work but so fruitful. We all returned well but some of them had some difficulties on their way home with some attacks on their families. Will you please pray for healing, peace, and protection of the blood of Jesus over our team.

We are grateful for your continued prayers.
